The first Partner Meeting organized in Vienna, Austria
We are glad that the first meeting of the "Active2PublicTransport" project took place successfully in Vienna!
The project aims to develop intermodal and innovative solutions for public transport and active mobility in the Danube region. We rely on examples of good practices and pilot measures to make mobility in the Danube region sustainable.
Participating countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Project highlights:
- Analysis of mobility data, policy strategies and surveys of cyclists and pedestrians' needs;
- Pilot activities and development of a toolkit for implementation, including good practices;
- Development of a transnational and national network on the topic of intermodal connectivity of public transport and active mobility (capacity building);
- Development of competences to improve the interconnectivity between public transport and active mobility (infrastructure, traffic organization, analysis of users' needs);
- Active2PublicTransport Action Plan for the Danube Region.
